James joined OHI in 2022 as Group General Counsel. With more than 20 years of experience in global aviation, James brings extensive legal and commercial expertise in corporate governance, contract management, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures in multinational environments.
James holds a law degree from the University of Law (UK) and a degree in Economics from the University of Exeter (UK).
