Alex Malfitani
Chief Financial Officer
Alex joined OHI in May 2026 following a distinguished career at Azul Linhas Aéreas, where he was a founding member and subsequently served as CFO and Investor Relations Officer. During his tenure, he played a central role in the airline’s rapid growth and long-term development. Prior to Azul, Alex held a number of leadership roles at United Airlines in Chicago. He began his career in investment banking with Deutsche Bank and Crédit Agricole Indosuez.
Alex holds an MBA with honours from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
