Paulo joined OHI in 2023 as Group CTrO. He led transformational programs and innovation efforts to consolidate the company’s pursuit of end-to-end excellence and to integrate next-generation platforms (such as UAVs and AAM) into OHI’s efficient networks. During a career of over 25 years, Paulo was a catalyst for significant performance improvements in several global organizations such as Vale, Whirlpool, Bain & Company, AMBEV and Shell. In February 2025 Paulo took on the role of CEO at Omni Táxi Aéreo, succeeding Roberto Coimbra who stepped up to the Board and in July 2025 he took on the role of Group COO.
Paulo holds a BSc in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA).
