Lisbon, June 27th 2025 – Omni Helicopters International (OHI), Latin America’s largest provider of air mobility and delivery solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Roberto Farnese as the company’s Executive Vice President Fleet, starting 1st July 2025. 

In this critical role, Roberto will create Omni’s new fleet strategy to align with our efficiency, sustainability, and diversification objectives. Roberto and the Fleet Team will be responsible for timely acquisitions of appropriate capacity and be focal points for all OEMs and financing partners on all delivery, maintenance, technical, and redelivery topics.

Roberto has over 18 years of experience in the air mobility sector, spanning from OEMs to Lessors. His solid track record includes responsibility for all commercial activities and leading regional teams successfully in Europe and Americas, supporting business growth and strengthening their position in the industry. Roberto holds both a Master of Science in Impact Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (US) and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano & TU Delft (Netherlands).
