OHI & Leonardo Sign Acquisition Agreement for five AW189 aircraft

Lisbon – March 31, 2025 – Omni Helicopters International (“OHI”), today confirmed that it has signed acquisition agreements with Leonardo for three new AW189 helicopters with options for a further two later deliveries.

The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2026 and 2027 to support new and existing energy sector contracts.
